Counter-intuitive as it may seem, ascending from bottom to top at record pace is quite simple. A 6-hour course typically distributes three 2-hour twilights over 4 to 6 months.
Between sessions, leadership and staff are only required to execute their routine functions of guiding and teaching, respectively. But thanks to the crystal clarity of Cooperative Learning, you know exactly what to do in your particular role.
To further simplify the process for senior leadership, a detailed initial roll-out plan is free to schools commencing this academic year. For those looking to take a step further, optional coaching is available.
And for teachers there is no additional preparation; Cooperative Learning just works with your current materials and lesson objectives - and support or strengthen any previously embedded strategies.
