Co-Creative Conversations

This year, Cooperative Learning is leaving the classroom to reproduce a safe learning environment for adults out in the real world. Enter the Co-Creative Conversation, the necessary next evolutionary stage of Cooperative Learning.

Co-Creative Conversation is an explorative, intimate and safe face-to-face exchange between stakeholders, organised through Cooperative Learning Interaction Patterns blending a desired mix of input, critical discussion, knowledge construction and action planning to arrive at any outcome.

Whether you are a school, a MAT, a university, a public body or a global corporation: A perplexing mass of individuals remain the enigmatic master key to your success. Co-Creative Conversation nurtures their sheer visceral joy of being seen, being heard and making a difference together.

The concept draws heavily on the advances by the business world in the fields of knowledge management and conversational leadership to engage today's hyper-complex environment in a way that connects stakeholders in meaningful relationships and draws out the best in every individual for the benefit of all. These dedicated articles are an introduction to the potential benefits of intelligent knowledge management by the education sector.

"I wanted to thank you very much for your excellent management of what has turned out to be a successful and highly stimulating teaching & learning workshop yesterday. I am sure that everyone must have told you this."

- Dr Premkanth Puwanenthiren, Lecturer at University of Roehampton Business School,

Centre for Organisational Research, 24 May 2019.

but because of the simplicity and clarity, the enthusiasm

it was met with was heartwarming…”
